Acceptance of Terms
The use of Go Tours LLC’s website or the purchase of any travel service or product offered by Go Tours LLC (following, referred to as Go Tours or “the company”) constitutes a contractual arrangement between you, the user or consumer, and Go Tours, and represents your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions outlined here. Third party suppliers (including but not limited to airlines, rail service, cruise lines, motorcoaches, hotels and other accommodations, restaurants and tour operators) operate as independent contractors and are not members, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, nor agents of Go Tours. All services provided by third party suppliers are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the individual supplier. These Terms and Conditions may limit or exclude the supplier’s liability to you. Use of the company’s website or the purchase or deposit of/for travel services or products from/to Go Tours or the third party supplier indicates you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Go Tours and every other component supplier.
Reservations & Payment
Reservations require payment of the tour deposit. Go Tours accepts checks and money orders (made payable to Go Tours), Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Reservations for tours operated in whole or in part by a third party supplier may require payment directly to the supplier.
Returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee in addition to the amount of the check. Reservations made with a returned check will be subject to immediate cancellation. Full cancellation penalties will apply.
Following receipt of payment, Go Tours will issue a reservation confirmation. Reservations are not confirmed until the tour deposit has been processed and a confirmation has been issued. It is the traveler’s responsibility to review the reservation confirmation and verify the information. The traveler must notify Go Tours immediately if the reservation appears to be incorrect or incomplete. Go Tours cannot accept responsibility if not notified of inaccuracies within 5 days of reservation confirmation. In the case of billing errors, Go Tours reserves the right to correct and reissue the reservation confirmation.
Reservations are non-transferrable without the written permission of Go Tours.
Cancellation / Change by Go Tours
The details, pricing, inclusions and other information advertised in print or on our website is subject to change without notice. Casino bonuses are at the discretion of the casino and are subject to change or be withdrawn without notice.
Go Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour for any reason, including insufficient demand or force majeure. If a tour is canceled, Go Tours will refund only the amount received for the reservation.
At times it may be necessary to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, inclusions or other components of a tour. Go Tours cannot accept responsibility for a loss associated with any of these changes.
Go Tours is not responsible for canceled reservations of any kind in the event payment is not received by the final payment date.
Cancellation by Traveler
Cancellation deadlines and fees for individual travelers are provided on the reservation invoice.
Cancellation fees for domestic bus day and overnight tours: $25 per person after reserving space; 50%per person of the tour total cost for cancellations 15-21 days prior to departure; 75% per person of the tour total cost for cancellations 8-14 days prior to departure; 100% per person of the total tour cost for cancellations within 7 days of departure.
Cancellation fees for tours that include air, train, cruise or international segments are provided on the tour brochure and on the reservation invoice.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Phone calls, messages, emails, etc are not acceptable means of cancellation.
The date of cancellation is considered the date on which the notice is received by Go Tours.
After cancellation of a tour or reservation following the terms above, Go Tours will issue a refund to the traveler of the amount deposited for the reservation less cancellation fees. Refunds will be issued via the method of payment used by the traveler for the tour deposit. Travel protection / Travel insurance premiums are non-refundable.
Travel protection is available for every tour and is highly recommended. Rates are available by contacting Go Tours. Travel protection is provided by a third party insurer.
Airfare may be purchased through Go Tours as part of a tour package or for independent travel. All carriers are independent operators and are not owned, managed or operated by Go Tours. All services provided by air carriers are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the individual airline.
No refunds will be provided by Go Tours for portions of trips missed due to canceled, rescheduled or delayed flights. Go Tours is not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur if you miss your flight connection.
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires airlines to collect certain information from you, including full name, date of birth, gender and redress number (if applicable). Failure to provide the required TSA information at the time of booking will result in the loss of confirmed flights and airfare price.
Go Tours is not responsible for baggage fees imposed by air carriers. These fees are not included in the airfare or the tour price unless noted on the reservation invoice. You will be required to pay these fees directly to the airline at check-in.
Frequent Flyer mileage is at the discretion of the airline and is not always granted for airfare purchased through Go Tours. It is the traveler’s responsibility to contact the airline for information on Frequent Flyer programs and mileage awards.
Air travelers are expected to be aware of and abide by all regulations of the Transportation Safety Administration which can be found at https://www.tsa.gov
Passport, Visa and other Requirements for International Travel
All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport. The passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip and have a minimum of three blank pages. It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify, obtain and pay for all visa and passport requirements, all health requirements, and any other documents or requirement made necessary by the laws and regulations of the countries to be visited. Go Tours is not responsible for providing you with specific visa and passport information or documentation nor for any fees associated with obtaining these documents. Go Tours cannot be held liable for any traveler who is refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure of the traveler to carry correct documentation or adhere to specific entry and exit requirements.
Travelers with Special Needs
A disability requiring special assistance or any other special request must be reported to Go Tours at the time of booking so that Go Tours can make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers. Go Tours is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so, nor responsible for any denial of services by air carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Go Tours cannot guarantee individual assistance to a traveler and so strongly recommends a physically able companion accompany the traveler with special needs.
Age of Tour Participants
Travelers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult legal guardian throughout the tour and must share the adult’s accommodation if the tour requires overnight stay. Some tours (e.g. winery and casino tours, etc.) require that participants be at least 21 years of age.
Each traveler is allowed one checked piece of luggage not to exceed 50lbs nor 62 inches when length, width and height are added together, plus one carry-on bag not to exceed 12″x11″x6″, small enough to store in overhead bins or under the seat in front of you on motorcoaches and other forms of transportation. Luggage size may be more restrictive on some tours as noted on travel documents.
Hotel porterage for one suitcase per traveler is included in the tour price unless otherwise noted. Travelers should be prepared to carry their own baggage on and off airplanes and trains, through airports and train stations, and through customs. Porterage in these circumstances is not included.
Baggage fees by air carriers are not included in the tour price. The traveler will be responsible for paying these fees directly to the airline at check in.
Go Tours is not responsible for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the traveler’s belongings.
The following items and activities are prohibited without the written consent of Go Tours: decorations, alcoholic beverages, glass containers, golf shoes or shoes with spikes, fuel containers, generators, firearms, explosives and fireworks (whether in baggage or on the person). Smoking is prohibited on any motorcoach and may be limited or prohibited during other portions of a tour, including overnight accommodations. Travelers requiring smoking accommodations should make such request at the time of reservation, although such accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
Safety and Conduct
Travel presents risks and dangers beyond the control of Go Tours. By participating in the tour or charter, the traveler acknowledges these risks and agrees to hold Go Tours harmless for any consequence, incident or accident arising from such, including any medical care provided or the adequacy of such care. Some of the risk and dangers of travel include but are not limited to: traveling in or to undeveloped sites or areas, the dangers involved in any form of transport (motorcoach, boat, train, automobile, aircraft, etc.) forces of nature, political unrest, terrorism or any act of lawlessness, and the risk of accident or illness of any kind, especially when access to medical care is not readily available.
Go Tours and its service providers reserve the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant or charter group, or to make changes to the itinerary for the comfort and safety of tour participants and to refuse service or terminate a tour or charter or a traveler’s participation in a tour or charter for persons possessing illegal substances or engaging in illegal activity or persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs or whose conduct is objectionable to other passengers / drivers / suppliers or threatens the safety of other passengers / drivers / suppliers. Neither the traveler nor the chartering party will be compensated nor reimbursed for any unused segments of the tour or charter nor for expenses to return to the point of origin or final destination.
Any damage to equipment or property which is caused by a traveler shall be the responsibility of the traveler and the cost of the repairs shall be paid by the traveler. A $75/hour minimum cleaning fee will be charged for excessively spilled liquids, removal of foot prints, other marks, or stains from the upholstery, and any cleaning brought about by an illness of any cause.
By reserving space on a tour and/or parking a vehicle at any pick up point or parking lot, the traveler understands and agrees that neither the owner of the lot nor its representatives, employees, and agents may be held liable in any way for an occurrence which may result in injury, harm, or other damages to the traveler or the travelers property.
By reserving space on a tour, travelers give Go Tours permission to use their likeness in photography for publications, promotional purposes, website, media press releases and coverage, and any other such purposes. Travelers will not receive compensation of any kind for the use of their likeness in any form.
Use of Website
You agree not to use the website to commit any criminal offense, nor to distribute any malicious, harmful, offensive or obscene material. You will not transmit any virus, trojan, worm or any other technology meant to disrupt, harm, track or link to the website in any way.
You agree to hold Go Tours harmless for any harmful material that may be transmitted to your computer or corrupt your data by use of the website or downloading material from it.
You agree not to link to the website or any of its pages or content without the express permission of Go Tours.
All rights are reserved on the intellectual property and content of the website (including images, photographs, etc.) and they remain the property of Go Tours and its licensors. You agree not to publish, store, manipulate or distribute this material for any purpose except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Go Tours LLC and its affiliated entities and its employees, members, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, neither own nor operate any person or entity which is to, or does, provide goods or services for these trips or tours beyond transportation on the Go Tours owned bus. Because Go Tours LLC does not maintain any control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers, Go Tours assumes no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the tour suppliers, any insurer or insurance administrator, or other employees or agents, (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrument owned, operated or otherwise in use by any of these suppliers, or (3) any wrongful, willful, or negligent act or omissions on any part of any other party not under the supervision or control of Go Tours LLC. Further, Go Tours LLC shall not be held liable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, bad weather conditions, mechanical failure, driver illness or other emergency or any other condition beyond its control preventing the operation of the tour or charter and does not guarantee to arrive or depart from any point at a specific time. Go Tours LLC shall not be responsible for any damages that result from a cancellation or delay. Additional costs (meals, lodging, etc.) that may become necessary during such a delay will be the responsibility of the traveler or chartering party.
