The Go Tours Group Leader Program rewards group leaders with a free reservation for every 11 full paying guests on our day and overnight bus tours.
Anyone can be a group leader.
The group leader is rewarded one free reservation for every 11 full paying guests in their group, i.e. the 12th guest (or group leader) is free…have 22 full paying guests and 2 additional are free, etc
Responsibilities of the Group Leader
The group leader ensures that all group members are aware of the tour itinerary, package inclusions and cancellation fees.
The group leader ensures that all group members accept the “Reservation and Travel Terms & Conditions” found at www.travelgotours.com/terms-conditions. Go Tours can assist with this by providing the acceptance form for traveler signatures.
The group leader collects payment from all guests in the group and presents one payment to Go Tours. Acceptable forms of payment include check (outside of 21 days prior to departure), VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. The group leader may add additional travelers with the same form of payment.
Terms & Conditions
The group leader and all group members accept the “Reservation and Travel Terms & Conditions” found at www.travelgotours.com/terms-conditions.
The Group Leader Program is available on day and overnight bus tours operated by Go Tours. The Program does not include cruises, international tours or any tour that includes air travel.
Space is not reserved or held on the tour until full payment for each traveler has been received by Go Tours.
The “free” reservation does not include single supplements, additional services or excursions (beyond those outlined as included in the cost of the tour) nor the purchase of the Cancellation Waiver (see www.travelgotours.com/cancellation-waiver for more information).
Full cancelation penalties apply to all guests in the group. Any refunds will be made to the original form of payment and the group leader will be responsible for issuing refunds to individual travelers.
If the number of full paying guests in the group falls below 11, the group leader “free” will be rescinded and all guests, including the group leader, will be responsible for paying the cost of the tour.
If a canceled guest receives a refund because they have purchased and met the criteria for reimbursement under the “Cancellation Waiver Program” or if the guest receives a partial reimbursement from Go Tours for any reason, that guest will not be counted as full paying and therefore does not count toward the number of guests needed for the Group Leader Incentive.
